Review of April 2023: Sales Jumped 80.3% to 887 Units


It's me again! Bringing you some updates for the month of April.


Developers’ sales in April increased by 80.3% month-on-month to 887 units, which is 34.2% higher as compared to a year ago.


Sales last month were led by the launch of Tembusu Grand as well as Blossoms by the Park, accounting for 70.8% of it.


Blossoms by the Park sold 205 units, which accounted for 74.5% of the total amount of units in the development, with a median price of $2,427 psf.


Tembusu Grand sold 354 units at a median price of $2,463 psf, making it the highest-selling project in April in terms of number of units sold. This is due to the high demand of projects in District 15, located in the East, as well as projects with a land size above 200,000 sq ft.


While past cooling measures have resulted in a dip in quarterly transaction volume, it is unlikely to happen in 2Q 2023. The next launch in May would be The Reserve Residences, an integrated transport hub (ITH) development set in the heart of Bukit Timah.
